Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom or seasonal collections may require up to 7 business days due to the handmade nature of our products. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on the way!
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package(s)
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
- Priority Shipping (2–4 business days) available at an additional cost
- Free Shipping on all orders over $75 (after discounts)
Local Pickup (Tulsa, OK)
Live near Tulsa? Select Free Local Pickup at checkout! You’ll receive an email when your order is ready, typically within 2 business days.

Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your order’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Delays & Issues
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, My Joy Companies is NOT responsible for delays due to carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.
